Regret over relationship decisions causes a lot of stress and anxiety.
If you're like us...you've experienced some regret in your life. The good news is that you can heal it and most importantly you can make sure not to have it again.
For today, let's just focus on what it takes to be in a healthy relationship...and make sure that all of us have mastered this before making any decisions we'll regret.
The 7 Ingredients to A Healthy Relationship:
1. Mutual respect.
2. Assume the best.

4. Create agreements to solve the problem.
5. Honesty and authenticity.
6. Don't take it personal.
7. Take responsibility for your needs and the needs of the person you're in a relationship with.
